As the baby boomers get older, Alzheimer’s disease is becoming more and more common. June  this year was Alzheimer’s awareness month, hopefully you didn’t forget . Here are some  products to take on a regular basis to keep yourself mentally sharp.

I wish I could tell you that just taking supplements could stave off this disease, but they can’t.  However, some easy lifestyle changes can go a long way in preventing symptoms and onset of  the disease.

Learn Something New 

Personally, I have been trying to learn how to whistle. My coworkers may not be happy about it.  Lately the “whistle” sounds like a teapot about to burst.
