We have fitness programs to meet your goals and time frame that you will be able to access via our app with video demonstrations of each exercise and details of how to progress with weight, sets, and repetitions. We offer unlimited email support and you record what you do each workout and we take care of monitoring your progression so you reach your goals as quickly as possible and minimize the risk of injury and overtraining. With our monthly subscription plan, you will receive:
- Help with setting realistic goals.
- A new fitness program every other month personalized just for you.
- Access to our library of exercises and routines.
- Support and motivation.
- Answers to all of your questions.
- Only $19 per month. Over the year, you will run through 5, 10-week programs designed to build up your overall strength and endurance level with access to all of our video demonstrations of each exercise via our app. Also, $19 per month for a personalized nutrition program and meal plans, or $29 per month for both.
- If you would like more assistance, or for a completely customized program, there is a one time $199 sign-up fee for individual testing, customized fitness and nutrition programs, and appointments to get you started with the program. After that, it’s $99 per month for updated programs and coaching with our Enthusiast Package or $199 for customized training and nutrition programs with our Ultimate Package.
