  • Hold a plank for 30-60 seconds or as long as possible.
  • Modify by dropping to your knees if needed.

2. Jumping Jacks (Cardio & Endurance) 🔥

  • Do jumping jacks for the entire commercial break.
  • Want a low-impact option? Step side to side instead.

3. Squats (Legs & Glutes) 🍑

  • Stand up and do 15-20 squats.
  • Make it harder? Hold the last squat for 10 seconds!

4. Push-Ups (Upper Body Strength) 💥

  • Do 10-15 push-ups on the floor or against a couch.
  • Modify by dropping to your knees if needed.

5. Couch Dips (Triceps & Shoulders) 💪

  • Use the edge of your couch for 10-12 dips.
  • Keep your back close to the couch and bend elbows to lower.

6. March in Place (Low-Impact Cardio) 🚶‍♂️

  • March or jog in place until your show is back on!
  • Add high knees for extra intensity.
