Massage is a critical element in overall wellness as it aids in recovery from activity or injury, helps keep the body moving and joints lubricated, as well as stimulates a healthy immune system.  All sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are available in our office or your home.

Ashley specializes in a variety of techniques including:

  • Deep tissue/Treatment/Rehabilitation massage – Site specific treatment using slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscle, tendon, and other deep tissues under your skin.
  • Prenatal massage – Therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy by enhancing the function of muscle and joints, improving circulation and body tone, and relieving mental and physical fatigue.
  • Myofascial release – Manual therapy technique focusing on the myofascial tissues that wrap, connect, and support the body. Both hands and sterile tools are utilized.
  • Hot stone massage – Helps to relax and ease tension in the muscles and damaged soft tissues. During a hot stone massage smooth, heated obsidian stones are placed on specific parts of your body as well as used to release pressure points.
